  I think this is the best bread in Perth. Just had the quinoa and linseed sourdough. Tasty, just the right degree of chewiness. Some sourdough from other bakeries are just too sour. Speaking to the baker (Emmet) they use less of the sour culture but prove the bread for 24 hrs to develop flavour. Sounds like real dedication to their craft. I've also tried other sourdough breads and the ciabatta roll. All very good.
